Careers are rarely linear

Careers are rarely linear. For women, they are often shaped by moments of acceleration, pause, redirection and return. Over a decade of working closely with women professionals, Vedica observed a persistent gap not in ambition or ability, but in structured support during these critical transitions.

The Vedica Fellows Programme emerged from this insight. Drawing on Vedica’s decade of experience strengthening women’s careers, the programme offers a time-tested toolkit to build clarity, capability and confidence for what comes next.
